Stress and Anxiety
Sometimes it drags the people in depression and lack of public speaking.
It makes people less creative and more fearful of anything.
Some people deal with it very beautifully and win the life game.
But some people lose the hope of life.
Why and how Stress impacts on our daily life?
Stress can come from our work routine as we are not giving much time to explore the beauty of this amazing world. People stressed out because of family problems, day to day busy schedule, etc. Busy people are making more problems for themselves as they are looking for their physical and mental health.
What to do?
We cannot provide any remedy for it if the person who struggles with stress, is not willing to deal with it. Still, we can do some small things:
- Go for the morning walk and talk to yourself.
- Give some free and alone time so that you can give yourself some good advice.
- Join yoga centers, best for health and fitness.
- Play with kids and pets.
- Do what you love (I love shopping)
- meditation is also good.
- Play slow songs for some good sleep.
